Misha C. Morris, Esq. is the firm as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. She is responsible for the firm’s legal department and legal affairs. Additionally, Misha provides legal counsel to the Board of Advisors, Chief Executive Officer, and senior management.

She is presently an Associate Attorney with LaFollette Johnson and a seasoned entrepreneur. Ms. Morris received her Bachelor’s degree from Widener University in English, with a minor in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2020, with a specialization and certification in Corporate Law.

Ms. Morris is a member of the distinguished Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society, an organization celebrating exceptional dedication to public service gives them the energy to go beyond the rigors of their academic curriculum.

Ms. Morris has experience providing a range of legal business services such as entity formation, intellectual property and drafting and negotiating contracts. Morris also has extensive experience providing mediation services in both the public and private sectors.

Ms. Morris was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She currently lives in Los Angeles. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking and live music.
