Employees of Vantage Leadership participated in a series of antiracist and anti-oppressive learning & development workshops facilitated by the Lindsay Group. The modules we delivered focused on the following: (a) Implicit Bias in Organizational; Systems; (b) Microaggressions & Macroaggression within Organizations and Society; (c) Functional Intercultural Dynamics for Relationships with Clients and Internal Partners and; (d) Restorative Justice Practice for Naming and Resolving Harm.
