Naomi Olson, Ph.D.

Dr. Naomi Olson serves as Senior Associate Consultant to the firm. She is an intercultural learner and educator who strives to hold herself and others accountable in co-creating inclusive environments in which everyone may thrive. Naomi has taught language, literature, and cultural studies through an international social justice lens at the university level and beyond in diverse settings worldwide. She specializes in translating abstract, complex concepts into digestible instruction tailored to engage specific audiences. Naomi leverages 14 years of experience in intercultural teaching and research to design and facilitate programming and education in pursuit of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
