Roger brings an eclectic experience of working with diverse clients both nationally and globally. Through his current work, he has completed role plays, interviews, assessments, and hiring insights for over 2000 job candidates in the financial services industry.
Outside of his pre-employment focus, Roger has a history of coaching, training, and creating long-term developmental plans to meet changing organizational needs. Roger is an active member of his local I/O professional community and has served as Vice President of Programs on the board of directors for MPPAW (Minnesota Psychology Applied to Work) for several years. He is passionate about collaboratively managing continuing education and networking opportunities for students, academia, and other psychology professionals.

Through his initiative, both students and career consultants have engaged in pro bono I/O work for non-profit groups and marginalized communities in the Minneapolis area. Roger is passionate about providing young professionals opportunities to learn through experience and promote a continuous learning mindset. He recognizes the essential alignment of company culture and needs with specific role requirements when working with job candidates. This carries over to Roger’s understanding of what makes a company culture unique and how that drives the client service he provides. He strives to translate this passion and energy to the client experience.
